Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this Riesling reveals delicate aromas of citrus and white flowers. From the first contact on the palate, one is captivated by its fluid texture and vivacity, imparting an impression of persistent freshness. The palate is then enveloped by mineral notes, testament to its sand and clay terroir, offering a long and memorable finish. Enthusiasts will appreciate its ability to accompany both a refreshing aperitif and an elaborate dish, such as a lemon tart, enhancing each course with its finesse and balance.
