Côtes du Roussillon villages | Rouge | 2021

The estate’s vineyards, located on three distinct plots, benefit from varied exposures and granitic, clay-rich soils. Hand-harvesting, followed by fermentation with native yeasts, ensures the fruit is at its peak of freshness. The balanced blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah is then aged in concrete tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas and the finesse of the texture. The wine is carefully crafted to produce a vibrant juice.
