Our Review of the Cuvée

Visually, a clear golden hue is immediately appealing. The nose unfolds an intense bouquet of poached pear and fresh lemon butter, complemented by an herbaceous touch of lemon balm. On the palate, the attack is fresh, invigorated by a subtle effervescence. Ripe white fruits harmonize with notes of sage and lemongrass, creating a savory complexity. The finish, taut and concentrated, extends the pleasure with hints of citron and a persistent presence of sage and fresh herbs, delivering an elegant and structured tasting experience.
