Our Review of the Cuvée

This Pinot Noir boasts a beautiful red color and a fruity nose with aromas of red berries. On the palate, it offers a pleasant lightness with lingering notes of wild strawberries. Perfect with veal risotto or cooked ham, this wine is enjoyable at any time of day. It can even be a delightful surprise with dessert, especially a raspberry tart. A wine that knows how to charm the palate.

In Seigy, on the left bank of the Cher River, Domaine Biet is a family business spanning four generations. Julie and her father, Jean-Marc, work side by side at this vineyard in the Tours region, united by a shared vision: to produce authentic wines that respect their environment and are rooted in a terroir of clay-limestone hillsides just a few kilometers from Blois.

Julie grew up among the markets and grape harvests before returning to the estate after gaining experience in the export sector. Certified Terra Vitis and HVE Level 3, with sixty-year-old vines cultivated without chemicals, the estate produces delicious, easy-drinking Touraine wines, characterized by their fruitiness and drinkability. A discreet yet reliable choice.
