Our opinion on the vintage

The nose opens with fresh, fruity aromas, dominated by notes of cherry and ripe strawberry, typical of the Pinot and Gamay blend. On the palate, the attack is silky with a delicate and well-balanced structure. Aging in oak barrels imparts a touch of roundness and subtle woody nuances, without masking the fruity expression. The finish is distinguished by its purity and length, leaving a lingering impression of freshness. This wine is a true testament to meticulous craftsmanship, perfect for pairing with fine dishes or simply being enjoyed on its own for its intrinsic qualities.

Loire | France

Domaine J. Quastana is a natural vineyard located in the Loire Valley in France, managed by Jérémy Quastana on approximately 3 hectares of vines planted primarily with Gamay, Côt, Syrah, Pinot Noir, and Pineau d'Aunis. He practices natural viticulture with very few inputs, inspired by the living wine movement to encourage the expression of the region's siliceous and clay soils.

The grapes are harvested by hand and winemaking is limited to technical interventions in order to produce honest, fresh, and aromatic wines, often without added sulfites or filters, reflecting the pure expression of the fruit and the terroir. The range includes intense reds and naturally sparkling wines that showcase the diversity of the grape varieties cultivated.

The estate's wines are renowned for their freshness, vivacity and ability to transparently express the character of the grape varieties and the unique style of Jérémy Quastana, rooted in the natural viticulture of
