100% Gamay from two plots located on southeast-facing slopes, with vines ranging from 30 to 70 years old. The soil is composed of decomposed pink granite, which imparts finesse and tension to the wine. Maceration takes place in concrete vats, using whole bunches at low temperatures, with punch-downs performed at the end of alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged for six months in barrels to refine the structure and add depth without masking the fruit.
