Vignerons de Mancey
Les Vignerons de Mancey is a cooperative winery founded in 1929 by Victor Chapuis, bringing together winegrowers from several villages around Mancey, Royer, and Vers, a few kilometers from Tournus in southern Burgundy. It comprises approximately 50 winegrowers cultivating nearly 120 hectares of vineyards on the slopes of the Mâconnais region. The winery aims to be not only a place of production but also a meeting place and welcoming space for wine lovers, offering tours, tastings, and wine tourism activities.
The estate primarily vinifies classic Burgundy grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay, producing wines under the Mâcon Blanc, Mâcon Rouge, Mâcon-Mancey, and Bourgogne Rouge appellations, as well as Crémant de Bourgogne made on-site with hand-harvested grapes and aging adapted to each cuvée.
