This wine comes from an exceptional granite terroir at the foot of the Pyrenees, just 15 km from the Mediterranean. It is carefully crafted from Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, all organically grown. Hand-harvesting preserves the integrity of the grapes, which are then sorted before gentle vinification with extended maceration to capture the essence of each varietal. Aging for twelve months in stainless steel tanks, large oak casks, and barrels further enhances its complexity.

Terra Remota
Terra Remota is a winery located in the Empordà region of Spain, founded in 2002 by Marc and Emma Bournezeau, a French couple drawn to the potential of this wine-growing land. The estate covers nearly 40 hectares and practices organic viticulture that respects the soil and the environment, favoring sustainable methods.
The vineyards produce a variety of red, white, and rosé wines from grape varieties such as Grenache, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Xarel·lo, and Tempranillo, often certified organic. These wines are crafted to express the aromatic purity of the Catalan terroir, combining freshness, structure, and elegance.
Terra Remota's philosophy is based on the balance between tradition and innovation, with a winemaking approach inspired by the local geography and proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, resulting in straightforward and expressive wines that embody the unique identity of Empordà.
