Les Sept Pierres
Les Sept Pierres is a wine project that brings together the seven appellations of the Ardèche: Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Condrieu, Saint-Péray, Vivarais, Côtes du Rhône, and Coteaux de l'Ardèche. This diversity of origins allows for a broad and nuanced interpretation of the Ardèche terroirs, between the Rhône Valley and the foothills of the Cévennes.
Syrah and Viognier form the backbone of the range, providing structure, aromatic intensity, and regional identity to the wines. This foundation is complemented by more distinctive choices, such as Pinot Noir and Riesling, grown on poor sandstone soils that promote freshness and finesse. These grape varieties reflect a free and personal approach to the Ardèche vineyards.
