Our Review of the Cuvée

This rosé wine boasts a crystal-clear, vibrant rose-quartz hue with shimmering silver highlights. On the nose, it reveals fresh, fruity notes of redcurrant, strawberry, iris, violet, jasmine, pink peppercorns, and white pepper. On the palate, its clean, full-bodied attack reveals notes of pastry, bergamot zest, and tart oxalis, while the warm, fruity, anise-scented mid-palate offers comfort. The mineral and briny finish energizes its expression, making it perfect for enjoying this summer as an aperitif or with seafood dishes.

Corsican Wines

Corsica | France

Corsican Wines brings together winemakers from the island who share a common vision: to express the richness of Corsica’s terroirs through fresh, modern wines that deeply reflect the island’s identity. Made from native grape varieties—Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, and Vermentinu—these wines reflect an island with intense Mediterranean influences and remarkably diverse soils.

This collaborative approach allows for the pooling of expertise and resources to produce wines that do justice to Corsica’s great appellations: Patrimonio, Ajaccio, Corse Figari, and Coteaux du Cap Corse. These wines introduce the general public to a side of Corsica’s wine industry that remains largely unknown.
