Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this rosé Pinot Gris captivates with its delicate aromas of berries and a subtle smoky note. On the palate, it reveals a lively, taut texture, enriched by pronounced minerality and a hint of salinity. Each sip is a sensory experience, offering a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. With a lovely finish, this wine pairs divinely with white meats, fish, and goat cheese. Decanting and gentle swirling before serving are recommended to fully release its potential.
