Pinot Noir Lieu-dit Salzhof 2023 Nature

Alsace | Rouge | 2023

This Pinot Noir comes from the exceptional terroirs of Barr, specifically the Salzhof, a soil rich in marl and limestone with plenty of pebbles, ensuring good drainage. Vinified without added sulfites, it offers purity and a natural expression of the grape variety. It is ready to drink now but will also gain complexity with a few years of aging. Perfect for a full meal, it pairs particularly well with white meats, grilled dishes, and cheeses.

Organic practices enhance the precision of the juices and contribute to the overall clarity of the cuvées.
