Located in Menetou-Salon, Domaine Philippe Gilbert is part of a long family winemaking history, with the Gilbert family having been present in the vineyard since the 18th century. The estate is currently managed by Philippe Gilbert, who oversees a vineyard of approximately 29 hectares.

This approach translates into meticulous vineyard work, focused on soil health and close observation of the vines. Winemaking aims to respect the natural rhythm of the wines, with extended aging—approximately one year for the whites and up to two years ... Lire plus
