Our Review of the Cuvée

From the very first moment, the nose of the Cléobuline cuvée reveals a delicate bouquet of white flowers and citrus fruits, evoking freshness and subtlety. On the palate, the Chardonnay expresses itself with finesse and lightness. The texture is silky, accompanied by a hint of minerality that lends it depth and liveliness. Each sip leaves a lasting impression, blending floral notes with an elegant tension, typical of great champagnes. It is a pleasure to savor for those who appreciate exceptional wines with an authentic personality.

Champagne Julie Dufour is an independent Champagne house located in Landreville, in the Côte des Bar region. It is led by Julie Dufour, who decided to take over and develop the family vineyards to craft her own cuvées. Her approach is deeply rooted in organic viticulture and the expression of the terroir.

The vineyards, planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, are meticulously cultivated to enhance grape quality and soil vitality. The approach is artisanal and respects the natural rhythm of the vines.

Her first cuvée, Cléobuline, a certified organic and extra-brut Champagne, embodies this desire for a pure and sincere expression of the fruit and the Champagne terroir.
