Our Review of the Cuvée

This naturally sparkling wine is truly refreshing, perfect for starting a meal or enjoying with a casual aperitif. On the nose, aromas of green apple, pear, butter cookie, and almond blossom unfold, followed by subtle notes of honey and orange zest. On the palate, the fine, persistent effervescence offers a pleasant fullness, making this wine an ideal companion for summer evenings. Its evolution in the glass makes it lively and captivating.

Languedoc | France

Pierre and Antonin conceive, select, and blend their wines in the heart of the Languedoc, driven by a desire to reveal and elevate the terroirs that inspire them. Unconstrained by any family winemaking traditions, they embrace an instinctive and sensory approach to wine, guided by pleasure, precise balance, and the quality of the grape juice.

Over conversations about the Midi, the Mediterranean, and the dream of the Languedoc, the idea for a joint project took shape—rooted in the South yet open to the world, where wine becomes a canvas for expression and freedom.

While waiting to grow their own grapes, they founded the StricouProject collective, working closely with winemakers they know and admire. Together, they produce authentic, natural, and socially conscious Vins de France, using eco-friendly methods that respect the natural balance of the ecosystem.
