This wine originates from an exceptional granitic terroir at the foothills of the Pyrenees, merely 15 km from the Mediterranean Sea. It is meticulously crafted from Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, all cultivated using organic farming practices. Manual harvesting preserves the integrity of the grapes, which are then sorted before a gentle vinification process with extended maceration, capturing the essence of each varietal. The twelve-month aging period in stainless steel tanks, large oak vats (foudres), and barrels further enhances its complexity.
