Our Review of the Cuvée

The color is pale yellow with a string of fine bubbles. The nose evokes ripe white fruits (apple, quince), mousseron mushrooms, and damp chalk. The palate is lively and taut, with lively bubbles and a round, fresh, thirst-quenching texture marked by minerality. The finish has a savory, salty texture, marked by chalk and citrus peel, with that thirst-quenching quality characteristic of Brut Nature.
