Our Review of the Cuvée

On the palate, this wine reveals a dark, translucent garnet color. The subtle nose captivates with notes of candied cherry, cherry pit, and sweet spices. On the palate, it impresses with its roundness and fullness. The texture coats the palate with a fleshy, pulpy richness, where black cherry meets tart morello cherry, bringing a vibrant freshness. The finish is delightfully lingering, dominated by an even more vibrant and luscious cherry, with lingering hints of spice and cocoa, leaving a pleasantly persistent sensation of morello cherry. This wine is a true expression of winemaker Marie Maynadier’s expertise.
