This 100% Romorantin wine originates from 30 to 50-year-old vines, cultivated on silico-clay soil, which imparts its characteristic minerality. Through controlled malolactic fermentation and a 10-month aging period in truncated vats and demi-muids, followed by 5 months in concrete tanks, it develops a beautiful aromatic complexity and offers a refined structure. This dry wine is ideal for early consumption to fully appreciate its fruity aromas.

In Cheverny, Domaine Tessier, led by Philippe Tessier, consistently cultivates the region's emblematic grape varieties: Romorantin, Sauvignon, and Gamay. The vineyard is managed using organic farming practices, with particular attention paid to the quality of the raw material and soil balance.

The winemaking process follows a natural, low-intervention approach, aiming to preserve fruit clarity and precise balance. The white wines favor vertical and taut profiles, driven by consistent acidity and a clear expression of the grape varieties. The reds, meanwhile, are distinguished by their freshness and a very fluid texture, built upon measured extractions.

All the cuvées are characterized by great legibility and marked stylistic coherence. The estate offers a luminous and precise interpretation of Cheverny, now recognized as an essential benchmark for the appellation.
