This AOC Picpoul de Pinet white wine stands out for the meticulous winemaking process used on Picpoul grapes sourced from three distinct terroirs, resulting in remarkable aromatic complexity. The vineyards benefit from a refreshing maritime influence, which optimizes acidity and preserves fruity aromas thanks to aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This combination of characteristics results in a unique wine with a maritime freshness and a balanced structure.

Our Review of the Cuvée

This Picpoul de Pinet first captivates with its pale gold color, illuminated by fine bubbles. On the nose, it reveals aromas of warm apple, linden blossom, and a hint of acacia honey, subtly enhanced by a note of fennel. On the palate, the texture is both taut and creamy, with a delicate acidity that lingers into an intense finish. A light effervescence accentuates its freshness, while flavors of pomelo and a hint of brininess emerge, supported by a lemony and spicy note. The lingering finish evokes the minerality and elegance of a great white wine.
