Our Review of the Cuvée

This macerated Savagnin fully expresses the diversity of the Jura terroir: on the nose, aromas of citrus, white flowers, candied fruit, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it offers lively tension, subtle tannins, and a salty finish—the hallmark of the region’s wines. The 2023 vintage offers a crisp, fresh, and lingering profile, ideal for lovers of natural wines who value authenticity and purity.
