Our Review of the Cuvée

This light and refreshing red wine is perfect for sunny summer days. Its expressive, fruity bouquet reveals generous aromas of red berries. On the palate, it has a crisp, enveloping texture, with delicate notes of raspberry and subtle tannins. This supple, light wine offers good intensity and a long finish, making it perfect for pairing with a Bavette with shallots, a pork tenderloin, or even a sheep’s milk cheese.

Domaine De La Mongestine

Provence | France

Located in Jouques, north of the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation, Domaine de la Mongestine is managed using organic and biodynamic farming practices. Vinifications are conducted with restraint, favoring gentle extractions and subtle aging processes, so as not to mask the grapes' inherent identity. The wines are characterized by straightforward and balanced profiles, distinct from the sun-drenched expressions often associated with the region, featuring a precise structure and excellent persistence. ...
