Arnaud Pelletier, a fifth-generation winemaker in his family, produces exceptional organic wines that blend Burgundian tradition with a touch of exoticism. Cultivating 15 hectares between Dijon and Beaune, his single-varietal wines—Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir—offer finesse and complexity. Perfect for special occasions or intimate moments, his Hautes Côtes de Nuits red can be enjoyed young as an aperitif or paired with white meat or roast chicken.
