This cuvée is made from 100% Gamay grown on deep granite soil mixed with alluvial pebbles, resulting in an authentic and expressive style. The vines, with an average age of 50 years, are meticulously trained in the gobelet style and harvested by hand. Precise winemaking, with 80% of the grapes destemmed and fermentation in tanks, is followed by aging on fine lees for 8 months, ensuring a silky texture and exceptional depth.
