Our Review of the Cuvée

At first glance, this wine stands out for its bright, golden color. The nose, which is slightly closed at first, gradually opens up to reveal delicate aromas of ripe greengages and warm brioche. On the palate, its round, full-bodied texture is surprising, offering a density uncommon for a white wine. A subtle effervescence adds vibrancy to the whole, while a chalky, tangy finish lingers with notes of dried pear and spices. The tasting experience is both rich and refreshing, offering a lovely aromatic persistence.
