Our Review of the Cuvée

This Riesling first captivates with its bright, golden color. On the nose, after a brief aeration, it reveals captivating aromas of pomelo and subtle resin. Its attack on the palate is invigorating, with a roundness well-balanced by a sparkling freshness. The delicate effervescence gives it an inviting texture, while bitter notes reminiscent of orange peel enhance its character. The intense and dynamic finish leaves a lingering impression of lemon and a sparkling touch, offering a vibrant tasting experience. Decanting is recommended to fully enjoy this wine.
