Its clear, golden-hued yellow color leads to a powerful bouquet of hazelnuts, toasted bread, and vanilla bean. On the palate, it is full-bodied, generous, and rich. Its minerality and subtle, elegant oak notes linger in a beautifully long finish.

Located between Dijon and Beaune, Château de Prémeaux is situated on the Burgundy Grand Crus Route. The estate is currently managed by Arnaud Pelletier, representing the fifth generation of a winemaking family established in the region since the 19th century.

The vineyard spans approximately 15 hectares, cultivated using organic farming methods. The plots are predominantly planted with Burgundy's emblematic grape varieties: Chardonnay and Aligoté for whites, and Pinot Noir for reds. Vineyard management is based on practices that respect the soil and the plant, with controlled yields and particular attention paid to grape ripeness.
