Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine boasts a beautiful ruby color, with notes of fresh red berries—particularly raspberry—and a subtle hint of violet on the nose. On the palate, the flavors unfold with intensity, offering rich red berry aromas and a lovely balance. The texture is pleasant, with intense aromas and flavors that linger on the palate. Ideal with poultry dishes, fish such as salmon, or slow-cooked dishes like veal or pork tenderloin, as well as mild cheeses such as Brie de Meaux or Brillat-Savarin.
