Olivier grew up in the vineyards, accompanying his parents and grandparents, then trained at the Avize viticultural high school before gaining extensive experience across various estates. The estate's history began in the 1950s when his grandfather developed a vine nursery business, grafting his own rootstocks before planting the first family plots.
