Languedoc | France

Château de l’Amiral is a winery located in Aigues-Vives, in the Aude department, at the heart of the Minervois AOP appellation in the Languedoc region. Situated on the Laure-Minervois plateau, the estate is renowned for its historic buildings and its layout, which is typical of the great 19th-century estates.

The grape varieties grown include Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan for the reds and rosés, and Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Marsanne for the whites.
