The estate produces a range of red, white, and rosé wines typical of the Minervois region, as well as IGP Pays d’Oc wines made from grape varieties suited to the diverse terroirs of the municipality. The grape varieties grown include Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan for the reds and rosés, and Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Marsanne for the whites.
