Our Review of the Cuvée

This superb gastronomic white wine, with its precise and mineral notes, leaves an unforgettable impression. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits and a hint of white flowers. The palate is taut, linear, and richly nuanced, with a dense texture that unveils the full complexity of its Jura terroir. The minerality imparts a beautiful length on the finish, enhanced by the presence of Melon à queue rouge. In essence, an exceptional wine to elevate your most refined meals.
