Our Review of the Cuvée

From the very first glance, this wine captivates with its bright, pale gold color. The nose is a delightful explosion of citrus zest, sage, green apple, and blackcurrant buds, offering a remarkable aromatic profile. On the palate, it reveals a seductive roundness, enhanced by a crisp freshness. The mouthfeel is rich and flavorful, enriched by a light touch of carbonation that revitalizes the palate. The finish is lively, amplifying the flavors of fresh apple and citrus, leaving a lingering, indulgent impression.
