Our Review of the Cuvée

The wine has an expressive and elegant nose, with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, along with surprising notes of white pepper and cinnamon. On the palate, it offers a beautiful progression of flavors, revealing notes of white-fleshed fruits supported by a fresh and generous body. Its fine and delicate texture makes it an ideal pairing for seafood, grilled fish, or grapefruit with shrimp. Best enjoyed well-chilled within three years to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity.

Jurançon’s history has been built on sweet wines, and the new challenge is to use these high-potential grape varieties to create great wines and ... Read more
