This single-varietal Gamay wine comes from the pink granite soils of Lantignié, which offer ideal conditions for perfect ripening. With 100% destemming, regular punching down, and a long vatting period, it benefits from meticulous winemaking that emphasizes the purity of the fruit. Aging in new oak barrels for 24 months, followed by 13 months of rest in tanks and in bottles, allows it to develop beautiful aromatic complexity and an interesting structure.
