This single-varietal Gamay wine comes from the pink granite soils of Lantignié, offering ideal conditions for perfect ripening. 100% destemmed, with regular punch-downs and a long maceration, it benefits from meticulous winemaking that prioritizes the purity of the fruit. Aging in new oak barrels for 24 months, followed by 13 months of rest in tanks and bottles, allows for the development of a beautiful aromatic complexity and an interesting structure.

Languedoc | France

A trained oenologist and a true free spirit in Languedoc, Jeff Carrel is one of those winemakers who have profoundly revitalized the image of wines from the South of France. For over twenty-five years, he has been exploring Languedoc terroirs with a simple yet demanding idea: to reveal the best of each grape variety, each plot, without ever masking the wine's identity.

Together, they select grapes from carefully chosen terroirs, cultivated with respect for the environment, to produce cuvées that are precise, delicious, and consistently excellent.
