Made from 100% Maccabeu, this wine comes from old vines grown on a unique terroir of black marl and clay-schist scree in the Agly Valley. Sustainable vineyard management with low yields ensures high-quality grapes. The winemaking process combines hand and machine harvesting, followed by direct pressing and an innovative nitrogen-based settling process. Aged in tanks, it is carefully filtered to preserve its freshness and finesse.
