Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine offers a complex bouquet blending notes of spice, licorice, and violet, harmoniously balanced by aromas of crushed blackberries. On the palate, a beautiful attack reveals a subtle hint of rose, followed by a silky texture and round, well-integrated tannins, delivering a controlled intensity. This wine’s aromatic persistence is remarkable, making it an ideal choice to pair with a rack of lamb or a gratin dauphinois. Enjoy now or cellars for 5 to 6 years.
