The DOMAINE ALEXANDRE is a family-run business that has been handed down for more than 3 generations. Today, Olivier is at the head of the farm located in La Chaplelle Vaupelteigne. Our vines located in the heart of the Chablis area are worked with the greatest care and the yields are deliberately kept under control in order to produce wines of great expression. Since 6 January 2020 the whole estate has been certified High Environmental Value. This certification is a reward for our practices that respect nature and the environment.
Our vineyards are located in the communes of Beine, La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, Lignorelles and Villy. They are worked with the greatest care and the yields are controlled in order to produce wines of great expression.from the harvest the grapes are treated with the greatest respect, pneumatic pressing, static settling (elimination of coarse particles), then fermentation in enamelled steel tanks thermo-regulated.the bottling is carried out exclusively at the Domaine in the respect of all rules of hygiene related to the marketing of the wine.
Since its creation, the entire estate has been built with the sole aim of obtaining quality, typicity and authenticity by working in harmony with nature. This is how we obtained the High Environmental Value certification this year.
