The domain's short story

To keep the tradition but in the innovation and to know once a year the pleasure of the vinification to keep this fire which animates us.finally, to discover after this long stress, the result of the vintage when this one starts to open. The joy of having been able to make the most of the symbiosis with nature (indigenous yeasts and bacteria) without which we would not be able to give the most precise expression of our terroirs. We are honored to be able to work our vines in three of the most beautiful appellations of Beaujolais. If you are looking for finesse and elegance, our Fleurie is the one to turn to, and if you want to be patient and enjoy a powerful wine that reveals its terroir, then Morgon is the one for you.

The winemaker's pride

Clinging to the hillside next to the little chapel of the Madonna overlooking the Fleurie cru, the Domaine du Coteau des Lys looks out over the Saône plain, the Dombes, the Jura, the Alps and the Mont Blanc.we, Sylvie and Franck, winegrowers, take the best care of our vines located on the slopes of Fleurie and Morgon.like all the crus, these wines are made from the Gamay grape variety on different terroirs: granite and schist. Our slopes oblige us to cultivate the grapes in a way that cannot be mechanized and therefore to harvest them by hand, which allows for a severe selective sorting.
