Located in Nuit Saint Georges, the estate extends over 7 hectares and 9 appellations on stony and clayey limestone soils. The wines are made from the legendary grape varieties of Burgundy: pinot noir, chardonnay and aligoté. 95% of our production is intended for the production of red wine.
Fabienne's parents created the Domaine Jean-Pierre Bony in 1960, so she grew up in the wine world and it was at the age of 17 that she tasted her first wine, Chambolle-Musigny "Les amoureuses", and understood that her passion would become a vocation. In 1999, out of a thirst for discovery and adventure, Fabienne left for Australia. Her attachment to the family estate brought her back to take over the reins in 2000. Today the estate represents 7ha of vines and new appellation which means that 95% of the production is red wine.
Since 2006, I have been a member of the Femmes et vin de Bourgogne association and we organize various events to promote the diversity of Burgundy.
