From the vine to the wine, the search for optimal quality is our constant driving force. We strive daily to magnify our terroirs to extract wines of excellence. All our wines are made from the famous Gamay grape variety. Pride of Beaujolais winegrowers, this fine and delicate grape variety is expressed in many ways depending on the rich and varied soils of the Beaujolais vineyard. On our Côte de Brouilly blue stones, it offers spicy, sometimes peppery black fruit notes as well as a subtle minerality. On the sands and pink granites of Brouilly, fresh red fruits predominate. For the past 10 years, we have been involved in a restructuring of our vineyard, a necessary step in the transition to an agro-ecological approach, a challenge that motivates us and is close to our hearts. Among other things, our vines are now systematically grassed in order to work the soil structure naturally, to limit erosion and above all to boost biodiversity.
Passionate about our business, we do everything possible to produce wines in the purest expression of our terroirs and, gradually, according to the principles of agro-ecology.
In 2017, I returned to my Beaujolais to take up the torch and perpetuate the beautiful history of our family estate Les Roches Bleues. Passionate and ardently motivated, I am convinced of the strong potential of our beautiful region, its magnificent terroirs and our faculty, we will winegrowers of Beaujolais, to produce wines of very high quality.
