“Welcoming people as if they were at home, with friendliness and simplicity” is what Alexandre, the owner of this small wine bar in the Montmartre district, likes to repeat.
On the corner of Rue Lepic, the Vingt Heures Vin wine bar is always packed. In a space of no more than 40 square meters, the good bottles jostle for space among Parisians of all ages who have clearly noticed that here, the selection is serious!
Alexandre, a true son of the South, has become an ambassador for Languedoc wines while also keeping a broad eye on the wine world, offering 150 wines, mostly natural, organic, and biodynamic . A winning formula! The guys at the bar keep coming back for more! We met up with Greg and François, close friends since childhood and, above all, regulars at the place.

What are you drinking?

François : Greg chose it, it's our favorite bottle!
Greg : Oh yeah! He's crazy, uh… no, NADA, that's the name of the wine. It's funny because we didn't know the grape variety, it's called LLEDONER PELUT!!

Why are you coming to the 8 PM Wine Show ?

François : So, we come here for two things: firstly, here the 'big boss' Alexandre is super cool.
Greg : Yes! And he's very welcoming! Plus, the food is excellent, fresh, generous, unpretentious, and above all, there's…
François : MONT D'OR, direct from the farmer at the best times of the season! A delight! In short, it's not an overrated place, it remains authentic, like the owner and Maeva (heart) (heart) (heart), who provides excellent service with a warm smile.
Greg : And let's face it, it's a place for connoisseurs. When you ask a tricky question about wine, behind the bar, they really go for it! You get genuine professional advice!

On what occasion are you coming to the Vingt heures wine ?

François : Tonight, Greg dragged me along. But otherwise, I'd go solo, accompanied by "a friend"... (no comment)
Greg : Yes, my friends love coming here. We feel good, like we're at home, in a way 😉
