Welcome! Today Laetitia Allemand invites us to take a step back for a moment in the Alpes de Haute Provence, high up and surrounded by nature!… We are here in the commune of Quinson at the gateway to the Verdon Natural Park, at an altitude of over 400 meters.

Just as in Pierrevert or along the Durance River, the majority of the vineyards here are cultivated organically , and the winemakers are particularly committed to environmental preservation. The vines coexist with lavender fields, offering walkers magnificent views. With annual sunshine well above the national average, the grapes ripen in excellent conditions.

Quinson wines are labeled AOP Pierrevert and IGP Alpes de Haute-Provence . They also benefit from the Verdon Natural Park brand.

We produce reds , whites , but also and especially rosés here. The latter are crisp and generous… The altitude here tempers the southern influences and gives them a lovely freshness.

I recommend them with a barbecue, but also with certain cheeses like Banon goat cheese, a regional specialty!
