The Les Chemins de l'Arkose estate, nestled in the heart of Auvergne, spans 11 hectares of unique terroirs composed of volcanic ash, limestone, and granitic arkose. It stands out for its commitment to organic and biodynamic farming. The Gamay Noir d'Auvergne, Syrah, and Muscaté Chardonnay grape varieties, grown at altitudes between 450 and 500 meters, retain remarkable freshness and acidity. Natural winemaking, featuring carbonic maceration and aging in tanks without added sulfites, produces authentic and expressive wines.

In Puy-de-Dôme, volcanic soils yield vibrant, structured wines with an almost mineral texture. The estate employs a gentle extraction process for Gamay and Pinot. The result is elegant, elongated, and highly digestible red wines. A remarkable expression of high-altitude terroir.
