Located in the heart of the Auvergne region, the Les Chemins de l'Arkose estate offers a 100% natural sparkling wine. Made from old vines planted by Audrey's grandmother, this wine is produced from the Seibel 5455 hybrid grape, using direct pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. With no added sulfites and no disgorgement, it offers a pure expression of the high-altitude volcanic terroir, situated between 450 and 500 meters, ensuring freshness and acidity.

Our opinion on the vintage

A whirlwind of flavors awaits you with this sparkling wine. Its brilliant, salmon-pink hue invites you to a subtle nose of tangy red fruit candies mingled with delicate spices. On the palate, the experience is captivating: a texture that is both round and velvety unfolds, supported by lively bubbles that awaken your palate. The finish is intensely assertive, revealing a captivating vinosity and generous spices. A perfect balance, enhanced by an elegant bitterness, a hallmark of the Auvergne altitude. A true marvel!

Les Chemins de l'Arkose

Languedoc | France

In the Puy-de-Dôme region, volcanic soils sculpt vibrant, precise wines, almost mineral in texture. The estate cultivates Gamay and Pinot Noir with a very gentle extraction process. The result: elegant, lingering, and remarkably easy-drinking reds. A beautiful expression of altitude.
