Our opinion on the vintage

The brilliant golden robe immediately catches the eye, with its fine bubbles dancing delicately in the glass. The nose reveals a seductive aromatic palette, combining the sweetness of poached pear, toasted almond, and the finesse of bergamot. On the palate, the lively and fresh attack is enhanced by a subtle effervescence, leading to a full and luscious texture, marked by notes of pear and baked apple. The finish is distinguished by a beautiful concentration and a noble bitterness, lingering with aromas of roasted white fruits and toast. A complex yet refreshing experience.

The winemaking process follows the Beaujolais tradition, with controlled carbonic maceration. Aging varies depending on the cuvée and vintage, always with the aim of accompanying the ... Lire plus
