Stories from the Estate A Brief History of the Estate The estate’s history began in 1959, when Bernard Olivier founded it with just 1 hectare of vineyards. At that time, mixed farming was the norm, encompassing a variety of crops (vegetables, fruit trees, and livestock). Gradually, vine cultivation began to expand. Patrick Olivier joined his father in 1983 with the goal of ensuring the estate’s long-term future in winemaking. The estate subsequently expanded with the acquisition of several plots and the construction of a new winery in 1992. Joined in 2016 by their two children, Florian and Marina, the Olivier family now cultivates 65 hectares of vineyards.
