Les Chemins de l'Arkose
L'Autre Rive 2025
Côtes d'Auvergne | Blanc | 2025
Grown biodynamically at an altitude of 450–500 meters on volcanic soils (basalt, limestone, arkose), this white wine is made from Chardonnay and Aligoté, and possibly an old hybrid. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts and then aged without additives, it produces a lively, floral, and fruity wine, with restrained acidity and lovely minerality.

Our Review of the Cuvée
The nose opens with distinct notes of lemon, white flowers, and green apple, with a lively freshness. On the palate, the attack is invigorating, the texture refined and taut, carried by a subtle saline minerality. The finish is clean, precise, and lingering, with citrus nuances and a vibrant elegance. A lively and balanced white wine, best served chilled with seafood, shellfish, or delicate fish—a true tribute to the Auvergne terroir.

Les Chemins de l'Arkose
Languedoc | France
In Puy-de-Dôme, volcanic soils yield vibrant, structured wines with an almost mineral texture. The estate employs a gentle extraction process for Gamay and Pinot. The result is elegant, elongated, and highly digestible red wines. A remarkable expression of high-altitude terroir.
