Vin de France | Blanc | 2024

Maison Ventenac, run by Olivier and Stéphanie, is the heir to a winemaking tradition and embodies innovation and respect for the environment through its Terra Vitis certification and transition to organic farming. A lovely Rolle that offers a refreshing taste. With notes of white peach, linden blossom, and mandarin, the attack is crisp but reveals a lovely sweetness on the mid-palate that lingers on the finish.

Our Review of the Cuvée

An expressive nose of white fruit and flowers. Fresh, full-bodied, and well-balanced on the palate. An elegant finish.

Under the stewardship of Olivier and Stéphanie Ventenac, the estate strives to achieve a clear and direct expression of Cabardès grapes, a transitional territory between Atlantic and Mediterranean influences. Winemaking practices seek to minimize artificial interventions, by favoring precise aging methods tailored to the specific profiles of each cuvée. Depending on the wine, vessels range from tanks, large-capacity foudres, and amphorae, to refine textures without obscuring the fruit's inherent expression.
