Our opinion on the vintage

This Languedoc red wine is distinguished by its finesse and lightness, a departure from the region's more robust style. Its intense aromas of red fruit lend it a very pleasant freshness on the palate. The wine is well-balanced, with fine, elegant tannins that coat the palate. Ideal for accompanying simple, convivial dishes, this wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years. Best served at a temperature between 16 and 18°C, it pairs perfectly with bruschetta, chicken stew, grilled leg of lamb, or pork sautéed in tomato sauce.
