Our Review of the Cuvée

Its clear, golden-hued yellow color leads to a powerful bouquet of hazelnuts, toasted bread, and vanilla bean. On the palate, it is full-bodied, generous, and rich. Its minerality and subtle, elegant oak notes linger in a beautifully long finish.

Prémeaux Castle

Château de Prémeaux

Burgundy | France

Located on Burgundy’s Route des Grands Crus, between Dijon and Beaune, Château de Prémeaux is run by Arnaud Pelletier, the fifth generation of a family of winemakers that has been based there since the 19th century. The estate spans 15 hectares cultivated using organic farming methods—a transition motivated by a painful personal experience: Arnaud’s father, a victim of the chemicals used in the vineyard, developed a deep conviction as a result of this ordeal.

Wine-making without yeast or enzymes, controlled extraction, and precise aging: everything here is geared toward purity and a clear expression of the terroir. Curiosity and an open mind guide a classic yet lively style, true to the Burgundian identity.
